  2. A photo realist, though, might do a painting like the first. But that's because they work from photographs and so will reproduce any blur that is in the photograph they're working from.

    But your question gets at the heart of one of the things that makes photography so interesting. What every photorealism is, it's not the realism of the human eye. The human eye/brain is never going to show you a scene like the first photo. It doesn't work that way.
