The interpretive fallacy, two versions

Interpretive Fallacy, a different version: If A can be interpreted as B, then it must be a case of B.

Example: That cloud (A) looks like an elephant (B), therefore it must be an one.

I see this in lit crit & cultural studies, though not so obviously wrong as the example. https://t.co/w39JVYSLKs
