  1. Glad to see you post this. So much good information presented by this bariatric surgeon. And the physician hosting the interview, Doctor Mike, runs a channel in which he presents a lot of very nuanced topics. He is very aware of the political climate and the place of medical care in the tug of war posed by the current two party system and he presents discussions that acknowledge the weighty challenges of both without falling into the traps of heated discussion.

  2. When he talks at 14:00 about patients who are treated for high glucose levels, and then feel unwell with normal levels -- we used to see this all the time with diabetic patients in the hospital. It puts the old adage "You are what you eat" into a different light.
