Bento: The Japanese Art of Boxed Lunches

I've been rummaging around in a series of videos about Japan. Japanology they're called, a coinage
I find somewhat awkward. Each video takes a different topic – bath houses, kendo, squid, trains, and so forth. I find them all interesting to one degree or another. So I'm not sure why Ive decided to post this one:

Bento are boxed lunches, often very elaborate boxed lunches. The boxes can be works of art, and so can the lunches, with the food presented to look like cartoon characters (these lunches are made for young children). But who has time to prepare such elaborate lunches?
