Bhutanese leaders and their people are remarkable. I've been following some of their news for a few years now.
ReplyDeleteYes, an utterly remarkable little nation, one that measures itself by Gross National Happiness.
DeleteBhutan has a good relationship with Denmark. Years before there was any tourism in Bhutan, a Danish physician went there and was so enthused and moved by the people that he helped to develop Bhutan's 30-year plan for development.
DeleteI appeared to have a reader from the Dragon Kingdom, for sometime, they only seemed interested in one topic and related subjects, a half serious/ half satirical comparison between modern wrestling and ancient praise poetry.
ReplyDeleteOne of the more joyful aspects of the internet and blogging, to be able to see relationships like that.
